thats the main reason why i can't play FPS anymore on a console, i need a keyboard to play an FPS. controllers are pathetic for FPS.

Well Halo1 was a fgreat game lol but just like Prophecies the rest of the games after couldnt break a lot of legs in my opinion, played halo3 this week and i think its very overrated.

I use to think that way, but after i got my 360 and practiced a bit on the controller, the controller isn't that bad, it's basically the same as the mouse and keyboard

It isn't a button masher if you play it correctly. It is just as long as the original God of War. The characters were not annoying in the least, they were all voiced/acted by professional actors. King Bohan was voiced and played by Andy Serkis (guy who voiced Golem in LOTR) He is an acting genius, and the game cinematics were 2nd to NO OTHER GAME. Story line was beautiful, and the ending was one of the best ever. It played like a Hollywood movie. To say it was lame is to basically call all other games unplayable.

Far from it. I can react 7000x faster on PC then I can using a game controller. Aim is direct, movement is faster, more pinpoint, and keyboards are programmable, allowing for any control scheme.

Actually was the opinions of myself and a lot of others that played the game. Not impressed. Would not buy it, at all. And when you can sit there and just hit buttons fast and kill everything then it is a button masher. My opinions on the game - you stated yours so I stated mine and that of a lot of other big time gamers that I know. I would agree games like Bio Shock, Half Life 2, and such are amazing games and I would replay over and over. That game we played and we're done with it. As a rental great, to buy, heck no.

I suppose everyone has an opinion, but you seem to have a lot of friends that fall into the 5% of players that disliked the game. It received 95% positive reviews, 70% of which were 9/10 or above (these being player reviews)

Those are just sample of the population. Not every gamer weighed in on the game. So it may not be too accurate. Though normally it does mean that the majority like the game, it doesn't mean only 5% who play it dislike it.

Halo 3... what to say well first off anyone else feel like the missions were really easy (even on legindary)?? besides the snipers all over the place and the rocket launchers it wasnt so bad..? yes the dual reload is nice! I love the new grenades the aoe ones XD there great online but i still perferre my stickys lol.
WTH why flame controlers dont like em go play GW lol i love controlers gives my hands a break from that dam mouse lol. Is it just me or do you jump higher in halo 3 then 1 or 2??. I think the purple spikey Gun got over powerd its crazy now and wth you cant dual weild it!!! WHY that gun mixed with the green gun owned like madddd. AND whats up with the grafics?? the backrounds in the videos was complete shit! look like it got painted! it wasnt my tv i have a huge HD+plasma they both looked like shit with it im very let down on that X(. the new atvs and stuff are great but they dont beat the origanals tho the bike comes soo close! XD Ghost FTW.
But over all a good waist of 70$ lol

ya, the game does seem alot easier. the again, ledgendary was easier on halo2 than halo1 as well.

Halo 3...mmm...well I can say I'm addicted to the matchmaking portion of it. I now recently kicked myself in the butt and finished the damn storyline mode.
